Equinox exhibition
This was a collective illustration exhibition that took place between the 29th of March and the 1st of April in the Sculpture court in the ECA Main Building. I made a pair of paintings, depicting a visualisation of the Sun and the Moon.
This piece visualises the meeting of day and night in the twilight zone. The equinox is the point in the year when daytime and night-time are perfectly balanced. This time marks the changing of the seasons, and the shift of balance between the light and the dark.
