Mythical game character design
This project was to develop a character design based around mythical motifs. These motifs and references to the source material were to be integrated into the design. I focused my project on the Inuit story of Sedna, their goddess of the sea. I wanted to develop this character with a balance of modern context and setting (I.e. a video game). This project was very research heavy, balancing unique fantasy elements with historical accuracy and keeping in line with the original Inuit tale.
